Sharing my experience of my first visit to D'Leedon Showflat.
Showflat is shaped like a space ship. And how appropriate.
As the D'Leedon Towers and Facade is not quite what you have
seen so far in other developments. Very refreshing...like blooming
flowers..narrower at the base and widening at the top..
No buyer has seen the showflat and no buyer will see the showflat
for some time until the launch happenning next year...so you may
ask, how does the unit layout look inside when the external facade
is curvy and spread like flower petals...this is the interesting part..
precisely because of the design and facade, the inside is no longer
conventionally squarish and clean cut...not boring at all, now there
is shape to the unit, unique not so regular shaped toilets, planter boxes
but surprisingly regular and spacious rooms, with minimal bay windows.
Fitting in king size bed, with room for side tables and still spacious room
to walk..the feeling is hey, there is character to the house, there is a design
